MULTIPLE BASE STATIONS

Is anyone aware if it's possible to have multiple base stations on the same system in order to extend range or minimize communication problems with sensors?  I have a large three story home (finished basement) and worry about having communication problems between the floors.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Wireless travels up and down just as easily as it does left and right.  Physics doesn't care what direction it's moving.  Unless your house is taller than it is wide, you should be fine.  Put the base station on the middle floor for best results.

You can have multiple bases but they do not operate as a mesh system, so to speak. Each base is a separate system (but can have sensor(s) linked to more than one base long as both are in-range of the sensor(s)).

If you have (or want) interactive or basic monitoring you would need a plan for each base.
