Interference with my motorized blinds

I have Somfy motorized blinds.  Whenever I trigger an entry sensor on my SimpliSafe or arm/disarm the system, the blinds jog.  They also jog periodically throughout the day at times I assume the SimpliSafe is updating sensor status.  Somfy so far says what I'm seeing is impossible as the blinds should only jog when in programming mode.  Clearly that's not the case.  Anyone else have this issue?
