SimpliSafe app and doorbell notifications on IOS

So when I get a doorbell notification on my iPhone and I click it, the SS app opens to the dashboard. I then have to swipe over to the camera and then click on the camera view. This is too many steps to view the doorbell cam.
Why would it not just open straight to the doorbell live stream?
Would that not make sense?

@json924, good suggestion and I suggest you email support with it. Also, move the video controls off the middle of the video to the bottom so not to block it.

My phone used to chime when doorbell rang. Not anymore.

Anyone else with this problem?

I am hearing impaired and miss this function, especially if I am on back patio.
