Slowdown was reported by Simplisafe for app and cameras earlier today: Resolved!
The following was posted on the Simplisafe Help Center:
Some customers are experiencing an issue resulting in delayed app and camera load times. We are aware and working urgently to resolve this issue. Core alarm functionality and emergency dispatch are not affected.
I edited my post to put it in the past tense, as I received an email that this condition was resolved earlier today. Hat's off to the sysadmin team of the SS community for the marked improvement in communication with their customer base. Well done!
