Another ADT Nightmare Report

As many of you know, I am one of many former ADT customers who would never, ever go back.  I posted here last year a great CBS investigative report on the largest ADT distributor in the US based out of Indiana with their horror show story (salesman punching holes in wall to show where the keypad would go...oops) and now one from NBC showcasing their "customer friendly iron clad contracts".  Here's the link. Disclaimer: I am a former ADT customer who had to document and purposely get my contract behind me and now a happy Simplisafe customer of almost 10 years.

It's a joke when SimpliSafe requires a subscription to connect your purchased ($$$) system to Amazon, so it can work with Alexa

Only "smart" device on the market that requires a subscription after purchase... deplorable!
