$200 Visa Gift Card
Has anyone received the promised $200 Visa gift card? We signed up on Aug 4 2025 and were promised a visa gift card. It has been 8 months now and we have not received it. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have called 3 times (Dec, Mar., Apr) and I am told that the request has been escalated and that Simplisafe will get back to me in 24-48 hrs. No one has got back to me any of those times.

@pnanavati13 After waiting almost a year, I suggest you pick up the phone, get an agent and ask it to be escalated and confirm you will get a response within 24 business hours. Make sure to include the full information on the party that purchased the new system and confirm they did not return it within the prescribed period.
