I installed the video doorbell pro and my existing chime is constantly humming

Sounds like you need a Chime Connector, to ensure that the correct voltage is supplied to your Video Doorbell. Our Support team at 800-548-9508 can send one free of charge.

Yes get the chime connector, we had the same thing and its super easy to install.
