Video Doorbell Issues
We purchased a video doorbell a couple of years ago. We added it to our very extensive SimpliSafe system which we have been extremely happy with. However the video doorbell has been a big let down. It does not detect motion probably about 40% of the time and does not want to stay connected to the network. When we try to pull up video on it it works for about 15 seconds and then disconnects from the network every time. Could it possibly just be a faulty unit?
