Hi @Fhives ,
Nope, you can install the Outdoor Camera with a Solar Panel at any time. Just make sure that the camera battery is starting with a full charge!

You can install them at anytime as the cameras themselves do not have a solar panel just make sure the battery is fully charge and if you are using the solar panel with it then it will will start working the next day in sun
