Is it normal to take 30 - 40 seconds for motion detection alert to come on to my app/phone?
Is it normal to take 30 - 40 seconds for camera to "watch live"?
Is it normal to take several minutes for motion detected recordings to be available to view?

All of this latency sounds unusually high. If you haven't already, we suggest giving our Support team a call at 800-548-9508 so we can troubleshoot that WiFi connection.
