A solid yellow light on the SimpliCam indicates that it is in the process of booting up, or installing a firmware update. Both of these should only take a couple of minutes to complete. How long is the camera's light staying yellow? If its light is staying this way for a prolonged amount of time, we may need to replace it. In that case, please reach out to our Support team and they will be able to help with that.
