Simplicam Install Issue

Just setup my system and got the free camera. Camera is stuck on yellow light and won't move to blinking white light for QR code portion. Has anyone had this issue before? Is it a wifi (5ghz vs. 2.4ghz) issue with my router? (google nest wifi). Any solutions?
