Outdoor camera series 2
attempting to connect this camera to my system. It requires system 2.15 and after repeated attempts over two days the system fails to update. Tried disconnecting the base station to no avail and the online chat merely repeats the same answers. No real help. Would really appreciate it if I could talk to a human. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

@rstephens4 I've gone ahead and pushed the latest firmware update to your system. Please keep an eye on your Keypad, as you should see a gear icon appear on the screen prompting you to download the update. If you run into any issues, please let me know.
