One of my outdoor camera stopped connecting but my other one still works.
I have 2 simple safe outdoor cameras. They worked fine for about 6-8 months but a couple of weeks ago one of them would connect but it would never be able to display anything and stop trying giving me a link to trouble shooting. I finally got to the point where I removed the device thinking I would just re-add it. No dice. The camera would blink (it says white but it looks more blue'ish but there is no error code for that). The camera that is furthest from the router works just fine. I have tried multiple time to get this device to re-add but it never does.

The last thing that I would try is a reset: Press the button on the back of the camera for 16 seconds, and when you release, it will go back to setup mode. You should then be able to set it up again through the app.
But if that doesn't work, then we should replace that camera. Our Support team at 800-548-9508 can take care of it.
