New system camera battery
Battery only lasted a week and a half and needs a charge. Is this a bad battery? The other three cameras are 77 percent or higher.

Hi @donley543,
How often is this camera recording? Is it located in a high traffic area that causes it to pick up on more motion than your other cameras? The Outdoor Camera's battery should last 3 months, but if it is picking up on more than 20 motion events a day, or you are often viewing its live stream, that can cause its battery to deplete faster.
If this camera is detecting more than 20 motion events a day, there are placement and settings changes you can make to the camera to help extend its battery life. This guide in our Help Center will take you through the steps.
But if the camera detects 10 or fewer motion events a day, and it is not live streaming often, that could indicate an issue with the battery. In that case, I would recommend contacting our Support team so they can take a deeper look into your account and troubleshoot further.
