indoor camera will not update

hi, just got my system and the last thing to setup is my camera. I have followed the instructions and my camera has been plugged in for 15 minutes and the light is a solid yellow for the whole 15 minutes. How long does it normally take for updates to finish? Is there something wrong with my camera?

A LOT of people are going thru that very same issue as its a known issue with Simpli Safe . bad Firmware . Call and get a replacement but I am not sure if the replacement will work as I just called for one , have the very same issue , and heard that the latest ones shipping out are having issues also ! There is a Forum Post on that very issue as well if you search you may be able to find that post ! Good Luck !
