INDOOR CAMERA REFUSES TO READ SETUP QR CODE

I've just changed my broadband provider and - despite successfully setting up my other indoor camera on the new WiFi network - t'other one won't, no matter what I do or try (including the troubleshooting tips).

I have to sometimes hold the phone right up to the camera and slowly move it away until it gives the sound indicating it read the QR code.  This is after several resets using the button on top.
