Doorbell Pro
Installed the SS VideoPro Doorbell , had a few installation issues but after those were resolved we were able to see And head the person at the door where doorbell camera is, person at the door COULD HEAR PERSON INSIDE TALKING TO THEM . IDK after an hour or so tried doing same "person at the door test " and now the person outside the door CANNOT hear inside person talking to them, person INSIDE can hear and see person outside ??? Have no idea what changed ? Didn't change ANY setting on doorbell camera or phone ( iPhone 11) , any help would be appreciated , Thanks

Take it off the mount and on the back side top should be a small button, press and hold for 10 seconds or so and let the whole thing reboot.
You may have to ADD the camera back via the app like you did initially.
I've had some oddities that restarting the device helped.
