Right now no. With Interactive Monitoring, your SimpliSafe system can be connected to Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for arming via voice command, as well as for checking status. But that is all, for now.

This still doesn't appear to be a feature. How do we make feature requests? Is there a product roadmap?
Being able to chime to Alexa devices and stream doorbell video to Echo Show devices is a feature some competitors (like Ring) offer.

Hello I would like an update on this quiet urgent feature request? So far the Amazon Alexa integration is a half baked feature that we are actually paying for as part of our subscription package. Please do better.

I chose SimpliSafe because I thought it was an up and coming security system. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a good system, but there is no development. After the years it’s been in existence why can’t it connect to Alexa and GA? Found time for a price increase…kind of disappointed about the last of flexibility…

As a software developer and product manager for over twenty years, I am in disbelief that SimpliSafe is not actively working with home integration systems like Alexa. I just bought a newly built home, and my family members convinced me to go with SimpliSafe for home security. For homeowners who are paying for monthly subscription monitoring services from SimpliSafe, integration with Alexa and other home automation systems is key. I realize it’s a competitive market, but SimpliSafe should not be going down the path that Chamberlain has gone with garage door technology. You can compete and play nice with other vendors. It will be key to anyone’s success in this market. Maybe there’s an opportunity for a third party to offer this integration if SimpliSafe doesn’t step up. If the video streams don’t use a proprietary codec or stream wrapper, it should be possible to grab the stream from the door bell camera or other cameras in the SimpliSafe system.

Sad to see that this feature was requested 2 years ago, and still hasn't been deployed. I'm going to begin looking into alternatives
