Hi @xephael .

Right now no. With Interactive Monitoring, your SimpliSafe system can be connected to Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa for arming via voice command, as well as for checking status. But that is all, for now.

This still doesn't appear to be a feature. How do we make feature requests? Is there a product roadmap?

Being able to chime to Alexa devices and stream doorbell video to Echo Show devices is a feature some competitors (like Ring) offer.

@paulbeach The request to stream doorbell video on smart screens like the Echo Show has been submitted to our dev team, but it is currently not in development. If anything changes, an update will be provided in this thread.

unfortunate to hear this isn't even in development. Wanted to order your doorbell for my simplisafe system, but this is a deal breaker.

I would REALLY like to at least have the Alexa skill with motion detection and audio notifications on doorbells. Ring has this and it is great! It seems that after two years, something like this could be developed.

Hello I would like an update on this quiet urgent feature request? So far the Amazon Alexa integration is a half baked feature that we are actually paying for as part of our subscription package. Please do better.

@jameswmole There have not been any changes made to our integration with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. If you are subscribed to the Fast Protect™ monitoring plan you can arm your system and check on its status through voice command, but that is all for now. If there are any new features added to the integration, we will update the Community.
