Defective battery on newly purchased outdoor camera, no response from company
Outdoor camera battery malfunctioning or defective. Emailed customer service with no resolution or response. Installed system in August this year and battery never held a charge. Wrote company straight away to send a new battery, system is still under warranty. No response other than tips on camera placement. Camera does me no good if it doesn't charge/work. Please respond.

So sorry to hear that you've ben having trouble. There's a couple of things I would suggest:
If the battery fails to light up at all, or if it seems to be unable to fully charge no matter what, our Support team can definitely get you a replacement. You can reach them via phone or live chat, more info here.

Of you are on Facebook I found if you message them on messenger they are quick at following up and taking care of things. You can call them as well and they are awesome.
