Cannot select full screen on PC. The video playback functions fade away...

I have always been able to look at my cameras full screen on my computer. Lately when I try to, the menu options for doing so fade away and do not come back even when the mouse is hovering over the video. Same thing happens on my work computer. I have tried different browsers etc..

I have the same problem. Front camera I can do on phone and laptop. Back camera only goes full screen on phone, yet the icon is available until I put mouse over camera on laptop, then it fades and resets to view live

@mobilcams Are you experiencing this behavior with all of your cameras, or only some of them? It sounds like you may be experiencing this known issue when trying to livestream certain cameras while using the SimpliSafe Online Account. Our internal teams are actively working on a solution.

Mine is like the link you have, known issue, and I have no black bar to expand to full screen the back yard camera. I can move my mouse over, and it shows it. But once I go to it, it goes back to default and shows a watch live box. I can click on watch live and it works, but no expanding or control of it.

It is happening on both camera windows. Hovering the mouse over the windows does not produce navigation buttons or volume etc. You can make them appear if you tab around the window but still cannot select them with your mouse. I have tried both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

I have the same issue on just one of my 5 cameras.  Worked in the past - hasn't for a couple months.
