Cannot connect doorbell to new wifi
We got a new wifi system and cannot connect doorbell camera as we cannot get it off the bracket to use reset button on back (we have tried everything). We can't remember the password to the old wifi so we cannot create a ghost wifi to remove the device. How else can we fix this problem??

To remove the Video Doorbell from the bracket, you'll need to use the T5 Torx screw that was included with your unit, to unscrew the Security Screw at the bottom.
