Cannot connect camera
I see that this seems to be a recurring problem. You can add me to the list. I had the same issue with the outdoor cameras. They simply don’t connect to the base station. All the other components in the system do including the interior cameras.
I have a extremely common Xfinity set up, which includes smart connect, and both type of connection options.
Personally, I’m at a lost, and have spent a great deal of time trying to troubleshoot, including calling the tech support.
Are there any more manual steps I can take to connect a camera with the Xfinity base station?
