Can you please update/fix the "How SimpliSafe® Products Communicate" Support Page?

The "How SimpliSafe® Products Communicate" web page is poorly worded and causing confusion. The section under Wi-Fi says:

"Our cameras require a compatible 2.4GHz network in order to communicate with your SimpliSafe® System."

Unless something has changed recently all of the SS cameras, including the new wireless cameras, all use Wi-Fi to communicate directly with SS servers and NOT to the base station. A few users who have posted on Reddit (where you all refuse to monitor and help out) believe that the cameras talk to the base station via Wi-Fi and use it as a proxy of sorts for network traffic. Can you please either:

Confirm something that has been true for years has changed so I can update FAQs maintained outside of this site

Confirm what I've said above is correct and update the page above to explicitly mention network traffic from cameras does not go through the base station
