Camera Sending Motion Notifications When Setting is Off
New SimpliSafe user. When my system is OFF, I have cameras set to detect motion, and I have the setting to NOT push notifications - but I get constant notifications. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @jimmy3377,
I would first try to toggle your push notification settings for your cameras on and back off again in the SimpliSafe mobile app to see if that helps. If it does not, could you please send me screenshots of your cameras' motion notification settings in Off Mode so I can forward your case to our engineers to look into. You can either send them to me here in this thread, or through the Community's direct messaging channel.
