Camera reset

I am attempting to reset my camera for use in a new home.  Once plugged in, the light is solid green and despite holding the reset button for 20+ seconds, the light remains solid green.  Is there a fix for this?

You might mean the solid yellow light, which indicates that it's in the process of updating to new firmware. You'll want to just leave it for a little while until that update completes. But if you have further trouble, give us a call at 1-888-957-4675 and our Support team and look at some troubleshooting options for you.
