camera does not have recordings for last 30 days!!! I am paying for recording service and a lot should have been captured

I have an outdoor camera facing the side of my house which also covers front door. My packages were stolen from the front which is in direct view of this camera. I tried to access the video and it says no recording available for last 30 days. Im paying for the recording subscription and I still see this. So angry!!

Hi @28ishinde , this is not great at all. Since you mention an incident, I'm going to escalate your case to a senior agent. We'll get your camera online!

We have a similar problem that the camera records certain events and not others. For example, deer get recorded, humans in the same place maybe sometimes, maybe not. No troubleshooting has helped.
