Camera device names reverted back to serial numbers after the first time in timeline
I am noticing this issue for sometime that the camera device names reverted back to serial numbers after the first time in timeline. This happens in both iphone mobile app and webapp. Only the first time, it shows the camera device name. When i refresh the timeline, it shows back the serial numbers. Customer care says it will not be shown if the customer is not any paying monitoring plan. Is this correct?

Hi @tdasr23,
Without a paid monitoring account, your timeline in the app will show the camera's serial number, not its custom name. However, if you have Motion Detection push notifications enabled, they will show the camera's name when it detects motion.
