Camera Connection Issues

I finally got around to installing my camera today and I am having issues with it.  I went through the setup with no issues.  I have a solid blue light on the camera, and I can see it is connected through my router app.  The issue is my Simplisafe app says that the camera is disconnected.  Any ideas?

Hi @jhirt314,

We did briefly have an issue on Friday morning, referenced in this post, affecting a small number of our cameras that sounds similar to the issue that you were having. If you are no longer having trouble, then that was most likely the cause.
