Camera connection fails

My camera connection fails 90% of the time. This is whether I am attempting to view an event or just simply attempting a live view. I also have Eufy came installed and have no issues connecting to those so I know it is not related to wifi. Is this common?

@ortega I'm sorry to hear this, your cameras certainly shouldn't behave this way. How far away are your cameras from your Base Station and WiFi access point or router? The cameras do need to communicate to both to work properly. 

I would also recommend using the Connection Check tool in the SimpliSafe mobile app to help find the root of this issue. You can do this in the mobile app by navigating to the Main Menu button on the top left corner > My System > Camera Settings > [your camera name] > Connection Strength
