Unable to Log Into Webapp

Something must be broken on SS side, I can't even log in to my account through my browser, but can log in to the Community.  Fortunately, my app on my phone still seems to be logged in, so I have some use of the system while I'm away from home.

@wareagleman​ that is interesting, because the webapp, mobile app, and Community all actually use the same login system.

Do you have the same issue with different browsers, or even different computers?

At the time of this post, I was trying to log in through my work computer... Chrome is the only browser we have (well, there's Edge, but I don't use it).  My phone was/is on cellular service (not my work network)... and goes through a VPN... interesting that there was no problem with the phone, but there was obviously a problem with my work laptop.

Seems fine today though.

@wareagleman​ ah, the VPN might be the issue there. Have you already tried accessing the webapp while the VPN is temporarily disabled?

That actually doesn't explain anything... it was my work computer having the trouble and it was not on a VPN at the time... I was stating that my phone *was* on the VPN and could access through the app, but also not through the website.  Presumably this is because I was already logged into the app.

Like I said, it doesn't matter anymore because it's all working now... I am responding to this with my work laptop.

@wareagleman​  Hello, maybe you can answer my question.....  can we use a VPN on our routers or WiFi withe Simpli Safe system?  If so, does it slow the speed down?

Howdy able to log in by desk top computer but not by cell phone.
