While we were away, the system lost all devices and the app cant find anything. I was able to re-connect the keypad but that is all. What is going on?

Additional information ... my base station will not sound entry chime, does not have voice prompts. The light will not shut off.
Something might have happened to your system's hardware, and we'll need to do some live and in-depth troubleshooting. A Base Station replacement may be the solution. If you contact our Support team, they will be able to make this right.
