Multiple SS Systems

How can you get notifications and manage multiple SS systems.  Say at two or more different locations?

Hi @mrawlyk ,

Unfortunately the SimpliSafe app is able to support only one login at at time. However, you can set up multiple systems under the same account.

Once you already have one system activated on the SimpliSafe app, you can add another one by navigating to ☰ Menu > Set Up New System, and then follow the on-screen instructions.

Once set up, hit the 🏠 house icon on the top right to switch between different properties.

After all that, you should now receive notifications for all properties under your account.

Is there a discount for multiple properties?

@rjm40 Unfortunately we do not offer discounts on hardware or monitoring services for accounts with multiple properties. However, if you're subscribed to our Fast Protect™ monitoring plan you will receive 10% off all hardware sales.

Hello, for multiple SS systems, can each property have different contacts set up for who they call for alarm activation? e.g. different people live at each house"?

Hello, I’m wondering if I can operate two base stations at the same address. I am in the middle of making an apartment in our basement for my parents, and I’d like for them to have a separate system that they can arm and disarm separately from the upstairs. Is this possible? Also will it need to have a separate monitoring service?

Hello @megadeuce2016,

Your parents can certainly have their own system independent of yours, but it will need to be subscribed to its own, separate monitoring plan.
