Cannot see videos from iPhone

I have had two SimpliSafe cameras set up for over a year and SUDDENLY- a couple weeks ago, I cannot view video feed from my iPhone 8plus - only from my laptop! Both cameras come up as being "online' in the camera settings. I don't get it! Any suggestions?
