Alternate User for App/Online
Can I add additional Online/App users?
I don't want to share the master login information with another person. Can I create permission sets for different users? For example, I'd like to give someone permission to receive alerts/monitor our back doorbell but not be able to view/delete recordings, edit contact info etc.

Hi @Stephanie_ABS ,
Right now, no. SimpliSafe accounts are single-user. You can log in on as many devices as you like with the same username and password, but anyone logged in would have access to everything.
