Introducing Your Community Admins

Hi folks,

Allow me the pleasure of introducing two new members of our Community Admin team: @harriet_c , and @alexandria_c !

Long-time Community members may have already spotted Harriet’s work in the past. She comes from our efforts over Social Care, and continues to focus on assisting our customers across external platforms, such as Facebook.

Alexandria is a newcomer to the SimpliSafe family. She comes with a wealth of experience in social media, but has joined our team as part of our ongoing effort to improve the Help Center.

On top of their other duties, Harriet and Alexandria will be helping me with answering all of your questions here in this Community. Please give them a warm welcome!
