Motion Sensor

One of my motion sensors was showing offline. I replaced the battery, and ran a few tests via the keypad, and it would pick up the motion sensor. However, it is still showing offline in the app. Any thoughts? Is this technically working?

Hi @tsmerz welcome to the community!

It is possible that the app had the old status of the sensor cached and needed some time to update itself. Are you still seeing that sensor offline? If so, you can try to force quit the app and reopen it on your phone. Another option would be to log out and log back in.
