I keep getting the error message that my Living Room Motion Sensor is offline, but how do I fix it?

@lisa.bennett123, you can try to remove it and add it back in, or, change the battery. If still an issue, call SS to troubleshoot and, if necessary, have it replaced at nc under warranty.
