Hi @djaucutt,
There are a couple ways to troubleshoot this. One solution could be that the battery in your sensor needs to be replaced. If that doesn’t solve this problem, your sensor might be too far away from your Base Station. You can find detailed steps on determining if your sensor is too far away here.
