How do I track my order?

There are two ways you can track your order once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email: through our Live Chat, or your SimpliSafe® Online Account.
Please note that if your order has not yet been shipped, you will not receive a tracking number for it. Orders are typically processed within one business day after the order has been placed. You will receive an email once the order ships.
Live Chat
Live Chat is available on our website 7 days a week, from 8 am to midnight E.T. To use the Live Chat order tracking feature, open a new conversation with our Digital Assistant and follow these steps:
Enter your email address in the blank field to start the chat
Choose ‘Help with an Order’
Select ‘Track My Order’
Enter your Order Number and the Zip Code your order is shipping to in the blank fields, then click the Submit button
The Digital Assistant will display the most current information pertaining to this order
SimpliSafe® Online Account
Login to your SimpliSafe® Online Account using the browser of your choice
Select Manage Account from the upper left corner of the navigation bar
You’ll find this underneath your email address
Scroll down to the ‘Order History’ section in the middle of the page
Click on the tracking number for the order you wish to view
