How do I track my order?

You can track your order online here. 

  1. Log in to your account on SimpliSafe.com (not via the mobile app).
  2. In the top right corner of your Dashboard, click on the <arrow down> icon that appears beside your login email address.
  3. Click “View Account”.
  4. Scroll down to the “Order History” section in the middle of the page. The tracking numbers and shipping method used for all orders that have shipped for your account can be found here. Click on the appropriate tracking number to be taken to specific details for your shipment.

If your order has not yet been shipped, there will not be a tracking number for it yet.  Orders are typically processed one business day after the order has been placed. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
