The SimpliSafe® App is Temporarily Unavailable

If you receive the “SimpliSafe® App is Temporarily Unavailable” error message upon trying to log in to the SimpliSafe® Mobile App, this could be due to traveling internationally. 

The SimpliSafe® Mobile App is not supported internationally - this is an intended feature to protect your privacy. Once you return home, you will be able to log into the SimpliSafe® Mobile App as usual. 

*For US-users, the SimpliSafe® Mobile App can only be used within the United States. For UK-users, the SimpliSafe® Mobile App can only be used within the United Kingdom.
