Instructions for iOS (Apple)

SimpliSafe® widget support for iOS is only compatible with the Today’s View widget screen (when you swipe from left to right on your phone or tablet). It is not compatible with home screen widgets at this time.

To add the SimpliSafe® Cameras widget to your widget screen

1. Swipe from left to right on your phone’s home screen

2. At the bottom of the widget screen, choose Edit

3. At the bottom of the widget edit screen, choose Customize

4. Tap the green plus sign next to the SimpliSafe® Cameras widget to add it to your widget home screen

5. Tap Done on the upper right corner of your screen

6. Tap Done once again on the upper right corner of your widget screen

To view a live feed of your camera from the SimpliSafe® Cameras widget:

1. Swipe from left to right on your phone’s home screen to access the widget screen

2. Tap the preview image of the camera feed you wish to view

Instructions for Android

1. Press and hold on the background of your home screen

2. Select Widgets

3. Scroll to find the SimpliSafe® widget

4. Touch and hold the desired widget to drag and place where you want it to go on your screen
