Critical Alert Troubleshooting for iOS

Some iOS (Apple) users may not see the option to enable Critical Alerts within the SimpliSafe® mobile app. You can turn on Critical Alerts by taking the following steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the SimpliSafe® mobile app on your device

  2. In the mobile app, tap the three bar icon in the top left corner of the screen

  3. Select “Alerts & Notifications”

  4. Tap “Push Notifications” and then tap “Enable Critical Alerts”
