Some iOS (Apple) users may not see the option to enable Critical Alerts within the SimpliSafe® Mobile App. You can turn on Critical Alerts by taking the following steps:

1. Make sure you have the latest version of the SimpliSafe® mobile app on your device.

2. In the mobile app, navigate to the “My System” gear on the bottom of the screen.

3. Select “Alerts & Notifications”.

4. Tap “Push Notifications” and then tap “Enable Critical Alerts”.
