App Error: Oops! Something went wrong

​Some Android and iOS users may receive the following error message in the SimpliSafe mobile app: "Oops! Something went wrong. This could be a configuration in a system or a service outage. We track these errors automatically, but if the problem persists feel free to contact us. Please try again.”​

​This issue is likely occurring because cookies are blocked on your default browser. To fix this issue, you will need to allow cookies on your device by following the steps below.​

​How To Allow Cookies on Android​

  1. ​Open you default internet browser app.​

  2. ​Access the browser app settings by hitting the 3 dots.​

  3. ​Select “Settings.”​

  4. ​Depending on your browser:​

  5. ​Select Cookies and then set to “Allowed” (or “Enabled”)​

  6. ​Try logging in to the SimpliSafe mobile app again.​

​How To Allow Cookies on iOS​

  1. ​Open your iOS device's Settings​

  2. ​Scroll down and select “Safari” ​

  3. ​Look for the “Block All Cookies” setting and toggle this to ​​OFF​

  4. ​Relaunch the Simplisafe app and login again​
