@bogaski0 When you press the button on your Video Doorbell, does it light up or chime? If it does not, that could indicate that it is not powered properly, which is why the Base Station cannot find it. In that case, I would recommend that you unmount the Video Doorbell and check that your pre-existing doorbell's wires are secure and aren't loose.
However, if the Video Doorbell is powered properly, I would then recommend resetting it by pressing and holding the large button on the back of the device for 30 seconds. Once you release the button the Video Doorbell should begin to flash white, prompting you that it is ready for setup.
If the Video Doorbell does not flash white, or it does and the Base Station still cannot find it, I would then recommend reaching out to our Support team for additional assistance.
