How to Subscribe or Unsubscribe from SimpliSafe® Emails

Email Alerts send a notification to a designated email regarding alarm status, general activity such as the system’s armed state, and system warnings. 

To Subscribe to Email Alerts for your System

1. Open the SimpliSafe® App on your phone or tablet

2. Choose My System from the bottom navigation bar

3. Select Notification Settings

4. Tap on Email Notifications

5. From here you can add a new recipient or manage your existing subscription

To Unsubscribe from Email Alerts for your System

1. Open the SimpliSafe® App on your phone or tablet

2. Choose My System from the bottom navigation bar

3. Select Notification Settings

4. Tap on Email Notifications

5. Select the recipient you wish to manage

6. From here you can adjust the alerts or delete the recipient to stop receiving notifications entirely

To subscribe to marketing emails, please reach out to our Support team. From there, a member of our team can add you to our email list!

To Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails

1. Open up your latest marketing email from SimpliSafe®

2. Click the Unsubscribe button in the email

3. You'll then see an unsubscribe confirmation page load, indicating that the request was successful
