Push notification are availble on all plans to ensure you are alerted to any alarm event or camera motion. SimpliSafe® offers SMS and Email alerts exclusively on the Pro Premium Monitoring Plan

Troubleshooting

  1. Ensure you are subscribed to a Pro Premium Monitoring Plan.

  2. Check to ensure your system is working.

  3. Check to ensure your alerts are set up correctly.
