What Is The Red Button On The Top Of The Keypad?

The red button on the top of the Keypad is designed to be a Panic Button for your system. If you press and hold the button for 2 seconds, it will alert our monitoring centre of an emergency who will then follow alarm protocol and contact the emergency contacts directly.

If you wish to disable this feature, simply follow the instructions below:

1. Press the menu button on your Keypad

2. Enter your Master PIN

3. Select Devices

4. Scroll to and select the Keypad that you would like to disable the Panic Button on

5. Select Panic Alarm

6. Set to Disabled
