Not Receiving Push Notifications on my Smart Phone for SimpliSafe®
Push Notifications are a great way to get up-to-date information on your system's arming state, alarm status, and more. Push Notifications are only available on SimpliSafe® with an active monitoring subscription (opens in new tab). You’ll also want to make sure that critical alarm notifications (opens in new tab) are enabled on your device so SimpliSafe® can deliver system notifications even if your phone is on silent. Finally, if you have a work profile or focus mode enabled, push notifications may not work. You’ll want to consult with your phone’s manual for further configuration details in these modes.
