App Error: Some Body Keys are Invalid

iOS (iPhone) users may see the “Some Body Keys are Invalid” error when logging into the SimpliSafe® mobile app. This error appears when you reset your SimpliSafe® account password on a device where cookies are blocked. To fix this, you will need to allow cookies in your phone’s settings.

How To Allow Cookies

1. Open your iOS device’s settings

2. Scroll down and select “Safari”

3. Look for the “Block All Cookies” setting and toggle it Off

4. Open the SimpliSafe® mobile app

5. Follow the onscreen instructions to reset your password
